Man my right shoulder is giving me issues.
I set a goal of building back, traps and lats over the winter. I paid the price. Back in January even during the last comp I had issues with my C6 and C7. I crashed a motorcycle on the track in 2006 and broke my neck, had to have my C6 and C5 fused and my C7 is herniated so bad that my spinal cord goes around it. Anyway finally got really bad the past month (whole right arm going numb) so I went to the doc. He put me on Methylprednisolone and Gabapenten. After just two days starting to feel pretty good. I will lay off the weights and not use the arms on the elliptical for a week or so to let my upper back heal and rest. Going to get a cortazone shot in my right shoulder next Monday. I hope drugs, ice and rest will heal me up again.

Anyone here looking for a routine?, try muscle rounds. It is a Big Bang for your time.
Take a weight you. An do for 8 reps and do 5 reps , rest 10 seconds, and do another 5. Repeat this 5 times.
Do 3-4 rounds for each exercise.
You should feel like you tired very quickly.

this is a testament to Chargers work ethic,, which it top tnotch . I usually only program muscle rounds for guys that are bulking and in a calorie surplus . Charger is hitting this shit depleted with 2 a days workouts and shit ton of cardio.
but hey, he said he wanted bigger legs :)

yeah yeah I'm guilty as hell.. been slacking thinking I'd start this later once this EA transformation contest starts.. but I couldn't resist sitting around this week . I had to hit the diet hard all week and the training hard all week. I'm up 8 pounds (probably be 10+ by Sunday) , AND I'm not even taking Creatine yet .. just wait til I add in my 5g of creatine and 5g of glycerol intra workout shake. watch the Fk out !! oh yeah, I'm also not taking any Testosterone either (haven't for quite a while now) .
shows how depleted I really was if just some food and training fills me up like this.
the Creatine starts tomorrow !! I'm coming for you all .. oh, and I guess I'll throw in 1.5 grams of test too for good measure , what the heck

Hey, guys! I missed you! I haven't been around much this past week. My son had his 16th bday and fam visiting from out of town for a few days. I managed to stay on track with diet, missed one workout (not bad) and got 3 cardio sessions in.
Also, lumpy oatmeal! Mmmmmm!
