I seriously believe the need for donation is very person dependant.
Mine wont be getting this high again.
I been so damn outta breath and bp so high I am fortunate I didn't kick over in the sun.

I am in a super good mood now.

....and hydrate with water or light electrolytes. When my hematocrit gets on the mid 50s, my breathing is so off. Post donation I feel like I can draw fresh oxygen all of the way down to my toes.
So add the high hematocrit to the clotting disorder, I try to keep hematocrit under the mid 50s.

just a couple of my thoughts and opinions here regarding high hematocrit/hemoglobin

    - I find it interesting that elite cyclists and other cardio based athletes will take EPO, a drug that elevates hematocrit far greater then steroids can, and they get their hematocrit levels to near 60 and they feel amazing and have better cardio performance then anyone on earth..
yet us steroid using meat heads will get elevated hematocrit in the low mid 50s and suddenly we can't breath or tie our shoes or walk up a flight of stairs.

well I don't think its the high hematocrit thats the real issue here. otherwise the cyclist would suffer just like we do and not even think to get their levels up to near 60 to compete in a race. there are underlying things going on

    - high hematocrit in and of itself is really not that concerning and clotting issues are not going to be a problem, UNLESS that high hematocrit is coupled with high blood plasma levels. thats the number on blood work you need to look at

    - when bodybuilders take AAS at high dosages and hematocrit levels elevate, compared to cardio athletes taking low dose dry AAS with EPO and their hematocrit elevates, theres a big difference in whats happening in the body.. the bodybuilder generally puts on 20 pounds for eg., and has a ton of fluid retention, super compensated glycogen stores, more blood volume and fluid in the blood, etc.. fluid around the organs and heart even . the cardio athlete on the other hand probably has an increase in work capacity because of the elevated RBC and he loses weight and gets leaner and less watery.

its all this fluid retention, nitrogen and glycogen retention, extra blood volume ,etc. thats happening to us when our hematocrit levels are getting elevated that we lose our cardio ability . its not the actual rise in hematocrit itself . thats the difference.
and when we go donate blood , we are loosing a little bit of this blood volume and retention and it makes us feel better. you could probably end up having similar feel better results by running diuretics for 2 days, dropping your carbs to zero, and losing 6 pounds of water weight and volume. it'll feel like you just donated , but your hematocrit will still be elevated. cause again its not really the hematocrit causing the main issue.

just a few thoughts .. no real science here.

agree . AAS induced acute high hematocrit is one thing .. non AAS use induced chronic high hematocrit is quite another thing and is indicative of other health problems and undying conditions

LOL, you beat me to the post! I was going to clarify my post so that people wouldn't interpret my post as disagreement with yours.

There are some people that are genetically predisposed to throwing clots. Some people have issues like Leiden Factor 2 or Leiden Factor 5 and throw clots at the drop of a hat. Others have cardiac issues, some have both.

There's a whole slew of prothrombin issues and then you get into the whole clotting cascade....it makes your head spin.

Yes I was rejected for double red but accepted for whole blood.

Not as good as power red but it will have to do for now.

Between lack of sleep, donation, and grinding stumps... I feel like jello.

Someday.... I need someone to explain to me how it is I can lactate without a gyno lump whatsoever or any extra mammary fat.

I have been this way since I used masteron .
Its like I am immune to gyno, yet I can nurse an infant.

I have ran a lot of compounds. I must say this is probably the most powerful effects I have felt from such a low mg dosage.

I looked like crap two days ago.
Two days at the gym blew me out wider'n uranus. Shirts were loose now they are too small.

I was out of gym 3 weeks or so beating myself to death in the heat though.

I love this lifestyle but damn it consumes your soul when you lose 5-10lbs.

Just to clarify I think MENT did increase my bp worse than tren with that little dive in I did.

The man milk is not related. Thats from two years of elevated progesterone and prolactin.

    Other than that idk.
Watch out for the sides of muscle and feel good.

As I recall charger responds well to estrogen?

The smell is worse then tren ?? My wife refuses to wash my gym clothes ( when on tren) with regular clothes because of the stench “of the dead” (formaldehyde). LOL
