Workouts are going great as I increase my intensity. Going to 0 RIR is getting to be taxing. Since I started MK again, I am increasing my weight again. I am getting tired of chicken breast. It has been my main meals for most of the year. I just need something to change it up.
I do have a little belly, but I can make it go away by twisting and tightening.
This weekend I am officiating wrestling on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. About 20 hours so I hope that I get my sleep in. I hope the coaches don’t try fucking with me.
I will not get a work out in on Saturday or Sunday.
I am beginning to see genetics ( or the lack of ) coming through. I think my lats are inserted too high. I would like them further down. I also think that I should be working more of my lower back than I am however I am going to continue.
Work has been mentally draining. I do not feel like going to the gym after a long day.
When I do go in the morning, I am super intense. No talking, no wasting time. Charger vs the steel.

I am thinking on becoming the next super hero..... Machete man. Me and my machete vs Obs and his pussy chain saws!

My fingers are super numb again. Mentally I previously had issues but i have finally accepted that this is the way it is. I am on HGH, MK, small clen dose, slin, test, tren , Deca , NPP.

Well HMB woke me up and I am going to start posting again regularly. Trying to gain weight while officiating is difficult. You woul think that wrestling would t be that demanding. The wrestlers are doing the action and I am the person orchestrating the passages they are doing.
I like to make it exciting. Everyone in the gym should be able to hear when someone on my mat gets a point. Also when I know that someone will get a reversal, I try to creciendo up to it. When they get it, I stick it up high.
I did make some wrong calls this past weekend. . I hate when I do this. I want to be perfect.
The same holds true with bodybuilding. I want to be perfect. As I get bigger, I begin to notice things like I would like my lats lower.

Something is not right with me. I am falling asleep all the time. .... even at work.
I will come home and sit in the chair and I will be asleep in about 10 minutes.
GH said to gradually increase the intensity. This is just outright balls tot the wall.
2 sets 3 rir, 1 set 0 rir, 1 set 0 rir, 2 sets rest pause, 2 drop sets. This is a ball buster.

I am happy with my leg development. I always want more though. I did calves pretty heavy the other day and my feet are feeling better. I just don’t like pics being this heavy.

    Good shit brother
I was wondering. I watched a video by Meadows, he was talking about how keeping in a caloric surplus will lead to insulin resistance, and in turn increase the ratio of how many calories goes to fat vs muscle (2 / 3 muscle/fat according to stronger by science. But gets inverted once resistance starts). So I was wondering if diet breaks would be beneficial

    The intensity is on high.
    2 sets 3 rir
    1 set 0 rir
1 set o rir, 2 rest pause, 2 drop sets

If that last set with rest pause and drop sets doesn’t kill you, it has to be making you bigger. LOL
These workouts are insane. I am literally keeled over after the last one.
Maybe have some pics tonight of a fat charger.

this is why I have even natty guys check their blood sugar levels when bulking.. when they get too high we do a mini cut. then go right back to bulking

keep in mind charger was dieting and in contest shape for a majority of the year. not bulking.. he just did a de load and took a 2 week break from drugs, intense training, and excess food. but thats all he needed was 2 weeks. where as other guys may of needed 6 weeks. but again he was super lean for most the year to begin with

I was up to 230 now down 2 lbs . I think it is because of the officiating. I did a three team tournament yesterday.
I have a big tournament tonight so I am going to carb up. It is also leg day so I know that I am going to be sore tomorrow. I just need to focus on today.

It came with the training. About my 3rd year of competing I began to notice it all the time and not just at competition.
It is strange because I am about 30 lbs over my competition weight last year. While I am actually lifting, I look like a freak with the vascularity.

its funny , when he sent me the progress pics over text my response was basically "you been bulking and your this vascular , so you know something is clicking/working"

he is partitioning his nutrition extremely well. you can't add that much weight in that short of time and stay that vascular if you weren't

Well, I have missed my first workout since I don’t know when. I am a very consistent person in the gym. Yes, sometimes I have to make adjustments but Instill get them in.
Yesterday, was a day off, but due to issues I had to go in to work. I figured I would go in and then go to the gym and then officiate.
Very few things take precedence over lifting, but I was in a dilemma ...:: resolve the issue with the military fighter planes or ground them. I missed my workout so I could resolve the issue.
BTW- anyone here who has served in the military- my hats off to you. I work for you guys!!!.

It is like pulling teeth to get a sleep apnea test. I know I have it and have it bad. My cold has plugged my nose and I am waking up gasping for air. This is really messed up.
My wife told me when I’m normal (i use that term lightly), I stop breathing, but I never woke up until now.
There is also something wrong with me. I will fall asleep as soon as I sit down. I used to run on 3-4 hours of sleep but something has changed.
I guess I need to follow Obs advice and up the tren . LOL
I can get up early and two hours later I’m sleeping in a chair.

Hey charger, regarding your sleep apnea, I had been using breathe right strips for a while and they helped quite a bit. Before I started using them my gf would mention that I would stop breathing and then gasp for air.

Last night I bought these sleep right breathe aids that come in a pack of 3. Same idea as breath right except you put them on the inside of your nostrils and they help widen them making it easier to breathe. GAME CHANGER.

When tren was really having profound effect on me, (not anymore) I could sleep anywhere except when it was time. I would wake up not breathing clutching my chest at night. I assumed I was dying.

To put it in short (and I hooe no one calls me out because I forgot the studies long ago) tren can totally screw your gaba A receptors in an direction while increasing epinephrine response.

I.e. you cant sleep when you want to but sit down lethargic as hell midday and sleep like a baby.

My experience was that after 16 weeks I found a stasis that put things back to norm.
But coming off was like no hell a guy could experience another way.

The cold souless "whatever" feeling became absolute intolerance for my own life.

Last time I looked at my gf on a job I was losing money on and said, "I cant take much more,I am gonna snap."

It was a slow decent off that hill.
Don't get me wrong, I'm no normal fella, but the swap of gaba and epinephine doesnt affect me so much anymore in terms of sleep.

Trenbolone can totally throw your noctournal balance for a loop.

I was on so much different shit I cant say what exactly was doing what, but tren was a part of me for years straight. Whether I was on or coming off or starting back up... That is my last few years.

I think livinlean had a great suggestion with the internal nostril things.

As far as breathing goes I cannot breathe through my mouth at night and it greatly affects my sleep when I cant breathe through my nose fully. That happens often.

I considered buying an oxygen tank while pissing today. I got upset and was hyperventilating. Just made me more pissed not having enough oxygen.
Last time that happened a cop that thought he was hot shit pulled me over. I was breathing like a dragon and he kept telling me to, "calm down!"

I knew I had passed my little oxygen threshold so I did. It was that or faint.

If you start coughing and get a muscle pump in your neck that feels like its suffocating you, message me. I got a cure for that one I can send.

    The other thing...
Being sick on highly androgenic compounds is a no no.
Men are big time pussies about being sick because of their androgens.

There is no science on that one. Its just the way it is.

I assumed the water retention was the thing making it hard to breathe at night and jerking me awake, And I was thinking I had developed sleep apnea because of the extra water weight.... But I finished the run not knowing exactly what caused it, and things went back to normal.

Sounds to me like you need cardio! LOL

Gym time is interesting also. By the time I finish the 4th set (0 rir, 2 rest pause and 2 drops sets) I am keeled over trying to get more air.

This is normal for me. Every morning I awake alone. Wifey can’t stand the snoring and the fact that I stop breathing.
