Still not feeling too good although feeling better. My cold seems to have gone into my ear. If the gym is open tomorrow, I’m going. I made it to Mexico. I kept falling asleep driving, but I made it. Sunny 68 in the desert.
I gotta get back on the horse and now. I don’t feel like it but I need to push through this. I brought AAS injections with me. I don’t know why, I have a stockpile here. Lol
I just want to sleep right now but I have things to do and places to go.
I need to get some more B complex injections while I’m here. That should put me right back on the horse. I just hope that the ear issue is nothing major.

I didn’t take my medicine last night. I was right back to day 1 . Waking up gasping for breathe. The feeling really sucks and makes you realize how fragile life really is. I think I will finish my medicine today and I am no where near cured.
I just want to go to the gym and be able to give 100%.
Merry Christmas everyone. I am enjoying it from Mexico. It’s about 70. During the day

I was given two rescue inhalers last year by my gfs employers. The albuterol one sucked and did nothing but two-four puffs on the symbicort put me at ease.

I would cough and my throat was closing off to the point I was scared to go to sleep and the more tense I got the more my neck muscles constricted.

I sat on the edge of the bed at night and one time I woke my gf up to tell her to take me to the ER.
She was pissy about being woke up so I said ok fuck you and didn't go.

I had no issues after the symbicort.
I mean I was stilk sick and all but it got shit moving outta my lungs and openened my airways.

I replenished my meds, got a zymbicort 320, and a little Humalog to go. I was able to sleep through the night and then... my prostrate is acting up. I could pee enough to relieve me but still wanted to more. I know I have some meds here in Mex.
I told myself that it doesn’t matter how I feel. I will go to the gym today.
    I decided to do legs.

androgens , like tren , can interact with DHT receptors (thus stimulating the prostate, hair loss, etc..) . also , things like Mast, Winny, etc.. will lower SHBG , and SHBG binds up DHT , and thus when SHBG is lowered, you have a lot more free available DHT in the blood stream (which will then be available to bind to receptors at the prostate)

no its an "acute" and temporary condition. its not chronic. its being influence by outside factors (ie, exogenous androgens) and will go right back to normal once you cease your cycle.

there are some things that can help .. supplements like 'Flomax' and 'saw palmetto" help reduce DHT interaction with the prostate

Flowmax is great. I only had it acute when I woke up in the night and when I first woke up. 1/2 after getting up - before I could find the meds, it started flowing like a river.
I stopped everything about a week ago so it wasn’t AAS. Probably the Mexican meds I took.
I’m starting up AAS again today. 1 1/2 eeeks and then I cruise.

Will the tren affect PSA levels? Just got referred to Urology for that & it will look bad if I don’t go. TY.

You really need about 5 weeks without any AAS for your bloods to show normal.
    I would put it off.

Too late. I’ll just play along, let him stick his finger up my ass, but if they want a biopsy, I’ll say no.

Weighed in at 222.3 today. Coming back up with the weight.
I did legs the other day and something fascinating occurred. I pushed a little bit more than normal I realized that I was not wearing knee straps and my knees were fine. A week ago, I wouldn’t have been able to do anything without them because my knees hurt. Not even body weight lunges.
Maybe this cold was a blessing by shutting everything down and forcing me to rest.
I also started back up AAS with short esthers for a week. The 1st of th year I am going to cruise.
Today I officiate a wrestling tournament so I am hoping not to lose weight but probably will.

Beast Mode is on!workouts are going great.
My wrist is not bothering me as much.
I am trying to make up for the sick time. Hopefully I get the results in 2020. I am upping the difficulty of competition so we shall see. I am hoping to be in IFBB shape at the end of the year.

You’re not very far away. My local gym owner got his pro card this year i believe. For his age group or something (late 50s) idk much about the way they do it. Hes not super massive, just your typical 5’7 guy with big legs and grainy physique looks damn good. I just want the size myself well and strength too. Maybe 2020 you can seal the deal man

Size doesn't win it these days. It's more conditioning, or so it seems.

That’s good to hear because I am not very big.

I am sort of surprised to hear this though with the “new” classic physique category. I know they did get to a point that huge was better and they have move back a couple of notches from that.

All I mean is that a bigger guy who's not quite as ripped as a smaller guy just seems to be on the losing end in contests anymore. I don't necessarily agree with it as imho it takes a combination of both, it should not be simply who's the most ripped.

Here is what is what my goals are for 2020:
I am going to extend my cycle to the end of the week. I have preloaded syringes in Mexico that I want to use up.

I am going on a 4 week cruise and then a 6 week bulk. A short cruise and then a 12 week contest prep.
I am upping the competition this year and I am going to compete in Venice Beach on the 4th of July. I was told that I would be lucky to place in The 50+ category because it is stacked. They haven’t seen what I’m bringing yet- either have I. LOL
I will then cruise for 4-6 weeks and bulk again.
I will compete again in December in an IFBB/ national qualifier. As this approaches, I will make final decisions.

Now a look back at 2019. I had 3 1st place finishes and one 5th place.
I had made a decision that 2019 would probably be my last year of competing. I felt I was getting to old to go through Hell Week ( the week before my competition).
    Then I hired GH.
I was sure that GH’s tactics would not work for me. I am not an up and coming 20 yr old.
I am the type of person that will not say something doesn’t work without trying to make it work. So I tried, and it fucking worked. He actually had me gaining weight while losing bodyfat. He took the name from Hell Week to Peak Week. I realized that I was beating the fuck out of myself and depleting so much that I didn’t need to..... or even better that I shouldn’t be doing it.
I now see that there is so much more potential that I haven’t even harnessed that I can’t stop. This was actually fun. My cardio was no longer running but walking for longer periods of time which made it more bearable.
The fullness and low bodyfat that I had was remarkable.

Allow me to take this moment to say two things.
    1: fantastic fucking work.
2: fuck long running, right in the ass, forever. Leave that shit the 120 lbs. women and Kenyans.

I have started my deload period. Going high reps leaving energy in the tank, but still getting some good stimulation.
Going to the Mecca of bodybuilders here in Mexicali to work out today.

    Totally get it.

I worked out at this gym in Montreal that just had piles of rusty weights and tuberculosis laying around. Fear is a great intensifier.

Well, the Gear head challenge is over. I did not get to where I wanted to go. I was improving left and right until I filled up with water. There everything became uncomfortable and the gains slowed drastically.
All in all I did make gains and now I am cruising. For 4 weeks and having a 1 week deload.
I am going to bulk after that for 6 weeks. WE are going to take the lessons learned and try something new for the bulk. We are going to go wet again however this will be shorter so I am hoping to optimize.
I struggled mentally also with not being able to feel my finger tips. I couldn’t even get satisfaction out of picking my nose because I couldn’t feel anything. LOL
For some reason this really got into my head - the numbness not the picking of the nose.
I took a sleep apnea test and it did not go well. I will get the results in about a week but I woke up gasping for air and my heart racing. I also woke up numerous times.
On week 4 I am going to go for my physical before I start the comp prep journey.
I would like to thank all of those that followed . I may be doing a few posts on this thread, but I will start another one for the prep. That is really when the results of this challenge will be known. We are trying to grow new fibers so this takes time and I won’t see the full effects yet.
I am getting ready for beast mode again. LOL
