    I workout 6 days a week, 5 of those days are morning and night workouts. I like the 2 a day because it makes the workouts shorter. I get in, workout, and leave. I expend all of my energy, but it comes back quickly. I feel that I am able to have better workouts this way. I do one muscle per workout., except the 6th day where I will do 2.
    I officiate so I have a lot of running. I am sure this has an effect, but I think minimal.

    Down to 226. Officiating takes off 2 lbs per game. I was at 233.
    I was playing the umpire position where you are on the field in the middle of the defense. I was watching the blocking and looked up.... the ball was headed right for my head. I moved like the guy in the matrix and it just skimmed my ear. I ended up on the ground. ..... the receiver cAugjt the ball in the end zone for a TD. It would have broken my nose. LOL

    Now that I am getting bigger, I have another problem..... symmetry issues are beginning to show. Now I look like a clown. One bicep with a nice peak (getting close to Ghettoboyd status) and the other one is lacking the nice peak. Lats and chest look uniform so far. Right leg bigger than left. Left is more defined but smaller. I just canít win.
    Yesterday I was at the gym and a guy came over and asked me for a spot. I said sure. He said that he didnít want to ask the young guys because they are looking at asses.
    He didnít ask me because I was buff, he friggin asked me because I was old and I am not focusing on ass while training. Probably thought I was gay. LOL
    Throughout my workout, I see a couple of people looking at me like Iím a freak. I wish I could have Rad their mind as to what they were thinking.
    I am not a freak, I am just a normal guy that bucks the politically correct thought that older people canít be bodybuilders.
    When this is over, there will be a noticeable difference. I have gained 1Ē on my legs so far, however I am retaining water.
    My fingernails are pissing me off because they are growing so fast.
    I need to find a bank to rob, to get the final items to finish my cycle, plus more syringes, plus more protein, plus more ...etc

    thank you for the kind words my friend...you look amazing buy the way...if there are any compound that you are injecting that make you swell a bit don't be afraid to hit your weak spots with it as I feel that's what helped me with my symmetry as far as leg sweep and shoulder roundness goes just a thought...

    Thank you! Actually, that is what I am doing. I noticed the longer esthers have a tendency to swell a little. It was going to be my secret. LOL

    Weighed in at 237.1 today. My leg workouts are beating the fuck out of me. Not on the muscle, but the knees. I started using knee wraps- yes Iím a pussy. LOL
    My knees kill me and then when they feel better, itís leg time again. Another two days of pulling myself out of the car and painanytime I try to stand up.
    My whole body is swollen. My hands are difficult to make a fist, my wrists hurt on squats.
    My ankles are swollen but donít hurt. My legs are swollen. I usually would let up on them and not pin but today I decided to to pin them even though they are swollen.

    This journey is getting real. Lack of sleep, hurting joints, high blood pressure, water retention, etc. I am trying to keep my cardio capacity up with my weight gain. I donít have time to do my things. My bowel movement is two times per day and I have a lot of gas. Sometimes sitting on the toilet, I think I am going to be propelled through the roof. LOL
    I need to stand up for a minute before I can start walking.

    I guess Iím just being a pussy, but this is not what I expected. This is not just going to the gym and working hard. Luckily, the gym is the easy part.
    Oh, slight case of acid indigestion.

    I just want to go home and be like a vegetable right now. Instead, I will rush home, change, go to the gym. Workout, 15 min cardio, 10 minutes in the sauna. I need to check BP also. Go home and work. After that study football rules. I should study wrestling rules, but no time.

    Aren't those signs of overtraining? Or is the lack of sleep just from a busy schedule? How's the sleep quality itself?
    "My bowel movement is two times per day and I have a lot of gas."
    Isn't that a sign you're eating too much so your body can utilize all the nutrients (or you need to change food that agrees with you better)?
    I was just listening to a couple different people say say physical stressors are the biggest killer of gains. And Seth feroce is always talking about how good digestion is vital

    charger is a rare breed .. he puts on slabs of muscle at over 50 years old, takes first place at bodybuilding shows, makes gains without stalling out, and doesn't need to sleep on top of it all (plus has wife, kids, a career, 2x per day training, and refereeing little league football games on the side)

    when I grow up I want to be like charger

    only thing he is missing is a 1969 Dodge hemi Charger in orange.. but he probably has that in the garage just sitting there and he hasn't posted pics yet (cause he is too busy training and eating and shooting gear and not sleeping enough

    The GearHead Challenge



    A guy at the gym asked how much weight I gained. 30 lbs? H said 30 lbs of big muscle. I asked when the last time he went to the eye DR. I was up to 40 lbs but I come down every weekend from officiating. Traps and delts are coming more pronounced.

    The veins in my tricep look like the devils fork. LOL

    I am trying to get the water out that I was retaining. My wrists definitely feel it. I am getting scared, I am beginning to look like I take AAS.
    I am stopping HGH, MK 677 and taking Nolva and halo to try and dry out. Weíll see after a couple of days.

    This transformation is real and I am on the heavy side but I am looking big. My delts and traps are adding to the 3D image. All my clothes are tight. Getting pants over my legs and butt is a challenge.
