I am ready to progress. I’m not 100%, still tired but I gotta move forward. I am looking forward to finishing this cycle off.
I am trying to figure out what caused the numbness in my fingers. MK or HGH.
They are still numb. I can’t even enjoy picking my nose because I can’t feel anything. LOL. I did clean that up for the females that may read this.
I never had a monster until recently. I have been using them for energy
I officiated 2 games yesterday and my foot was hurting from the beginning, which caused my opposite hip to start hurting probably from compensating for my limp.
Water is subsiding, vascularity Is looking good.
Lost 5 lbs yesterday. Down to 223.8. I have a little over a year to be ready for a pro card. I may postpone it. We will see the progress that I make.

No. I learned my lesson with stims. I usually do not use anything. I just needed to get by.
I had atrial fibrillation while using T3, clen , and bronkaid. The only way you know you have it is to be hooked up to a machine.
I no longer take T3 at those levels and bronkaid is used very sparingly.

I am progressing slowly.
Cape- I am coming after you and your tree trunks!
Kelkel- veins in the legs are improving. Hoping to have your vascularity.
I don’t know what is happening. I limped into the gym with a sore foot and a sore hip from the limp. I did squats and foot did not bother me at all ot the hip. I threw extra weight on just because and squatted it like I had been using that weight all along.
I am starting phase 3 but I am using so little AAS I am going to inject EOD. I don’t want to use a slin pin when I don’t even fill it.

I know but it is a process and I follow to see if it works. It is especially difficult for a trainer to help you if he doesn’t know what you did. GH has given me results so I need to at least give it a try. I am curious as to how he would change phase II based on my reactions.

Thanks man! The amount of effort to get my legs to respond is off the charts. I think the main difference is I was working them 3x week. That was a little brutal. They just started feeling normal after the previous workout and it was time to work them again. They never felt “normal” because of this.
Note: 3 x week I would esperare them in quads and hams and alternate.

Following the process but I have stopped growing. ...:: or at least slowed down.
Fingers are still fucking numb.
My foot is fucked up also. Friday I was walking down the stairs at the gym and I was thinking that this was the first time in a long time that there was no limping. Went into the sauna and put my weight on one foot to step up..... electrifying pain through my body. Fucked up foot again.
Friday night I was 4 hours on the mat to officiate wrestling and Saturday 7 hours . An additional 2 football games on Saturday night. My foot is killing me.

Like you - I am not a fan of stimulants. My first coach explained to me if I use stims then when I compete (wanted to do strongman at the time) I won't be able to draw on the natural adrenaline. I have a preworkout recommendation if you'd like.

No break needed. Football season has stopped so I will not be as busy. I just need to figure out what is going on with my foot. I squatted the other day and no major pain until after.
Gear head is turning me into a pussy. 5 RIR???
I have gone to shit. I was up to 240. I am now at 224. I can’t keep weight on without MK677. Officiating didn’t help either.

Don’t feel bad. It happened to me too. Literally went from 242 to 250 to 228. But I’m back on my bullshit hard this week, eating drol and dbol like tic tacs, and I’m filling right back out.

we just entered into the last phase of this off season bulk . we started out with a volumization phase, then went into an estrogen phase, where we tried to put on a lot of weight and water retention (ie, osmotic super compensation) . now we are in the 'anabolic ' phase where we are just trying to solidify gains and acclimate and put on as much new tissue as possible that he will be able to carry over into contest prep.. during this anabolic phase , recovery is of utmost importance. we don't want to just keep breaking down tissue at this point, we need to stimulate and recover..
this is why the workout program has changed. its less volume and less intense and will allow for more recovery and thus more growth and acclimating to the gains we've made thus far.
also this is why we did like a 2 week long deload , a drop off in training and we pulled out all the drugs, again just to give the body a bit of a break and recover as we go into this last phase.
now the drugs are back in , mainly running Anabolics (plus HGH, MK and Slin) , and we will push until Jan 1 and then come off and cruise..
the thing to keep in mind is , a lot of the new tissue that we are putting on is going to take months and months to mature. but this is fine because when he goes into contest prep mode, and starts running a bunch of Androgens, he will see all the new tissue come to fruition and get all the cosmetic effects (the androgens will 'blow up' all that new tissue). and thats the goal , to be bigger and more muscular on stage.
the gains from a bulk like this , utilizing anabolics and growth factors, often times don't come to realization until months after the bulk is over.. again the cell and tissue formation is a long process. but he will see the difference and know how well the off season went once he gets back on stage .
this is the slow steady marathon approach . the gains are keepable real gains .. not just tying to 'blow up' on a bulk just for the fun of it, trying to put on real quality tissue takes time and patience

Everything was going fine. I feel sickness coming on. I am goon go to take vit C and vit E and see, but it feels like I am too late. I also need sleep. I can’t get up at 3 for some reason. I initially rejected the workouts, but I am really liking them now. Vascularity is through the roof. I look like a freak when working out. It was even difficult shaving around the veins.

I hear ya man. I’m just getting over the flu. I have literally been sick since my kids went back to school. We just bounce it around to each other. Then I’ll go to work for 3 days straight and not eat or sleep and tank my immune system and then what starts out as a cold turns into a critical upper respiratory infection lol... you look great though man. You should be proud

Happy thanksgiving everyone. I am feeling extremely tired. I fought off the worst part of the cold, but I still have flem.
I am going to take today off and try and catch up on my sleep. I’ll be at it tomorrow.
My breathing is also pretty bad because I am breathing out my mouth only.

Well, the cold did hit me. I can’t breathe out my nose. My legs are progressing . No I am far away from Mr O legs, but they are improving.
I am beginning to think that maybe I was overtraining. It was difficult for me to let up a little, but since I did I see a little transformation.

Head is on straight- I am going up in intensity.
Foot feels fine. I caught up on some sleep over the long weekend.
Things are going good. I extended my cycle and it’s almost over.
This weekend may be a bit of a challenge.... reffing wrestling on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You would be surprised how demanding it is. It’s like doing burpees all day long LOL
Once I finish the cycle, I will go on a cruise. Not sure what that will be.
I plan on competing on July 4 at Venice Beach. So I figure that I will start prep in April. I would like to fit in a quick bulk in Feb for 6 weeks.
We’ll see.
