    Can't park my motorcycle???

I went out with two of my friends to a place near me where most young people hang out at night and get some food. We go to park our motorcycles in the parking lot where the restaurant is(there is also about 10 other stores sharing this parking lot) and they tell us no motorcycles allowed. They have a huge sign that says "Motorcycles Prohibited". What kind of shit is that?

This scrawny ass security guard comes over like a hard ass tells us we have to move are bikes NOW. I told him to give me a few minutes to get me shit back on. He was really starting to agrivate me and told me if I didn't move he would call the police.

Anyway, is that legal? Our 3 bikes took up 1 parking spot up. Its not like we were crowding the place. I live in NY State but have never heard of any law that prohibets a certain type of moter vehicle from parking in a parking lot.

Any of you guys ever hear of a law like this?

That's some stupid shit. I guess if it's private property they can do what they want but it makes no sence to me.

the only time I've ever run into that is because the kick stand can dig a hole in the asphualt on the hot summer Florida days. Other than that I can't believe they wouldnt let you park there ... its a motorized vehicle licensed by the state

Print some signs that say "Grand Reopening - NOW RAT FREE!" and post them at the front door. Post another that says "Employees are not required to wash their hands" on the bathroom mirror. If it has a salad bar you can post a sign that says "Management is not responsible for insects in the lettuce. Eat at your own risk".

That is a really silly "law". However, I don't doubt it is real for one second. In Austin, they are banning all smoking....even in bars. Cities can make all the crazy "laws" they want.

Tell me about it, i went to arena last weekend, and have to go out the back door in some alley way to have a cigarette. NY sux. I'm sure this is the next thing for jersey to adopt too.
