Yea i knew he used that avatar as well, strange but oh well i mean who knows? Who cares? As long as he aint scamming anyone i don’t really care. I searched for swifto threads briefly a week or so ago and gave up, some dumbass reason the forum logs me out everytime i search anything

Regardless of whether he is as huge as he says the dude has given some advice that ive agreed with , not every single time but fact of a matter i did agree with.

I have no idea what goes behind the scenes on the forum im not that important here, but if someone does get scammed it definitely needs brought up. Even any shady activity at all i think most could agree.

I personally think (just an observation) I've got more respect not just cause I help guys out and am fairly knowledge in AAS and the bodybuilding game , but because I share my real life and my downfalls and people relate to me as a real person (blue collar hard ass at heart).

I do 5 circuits 3-4ctines a week in 40 minutes
