    Taxes

Business owners get it on your mind.

I am sending the family out of town, drinking, and hopefully snorting while I figure mine up.

I would be a bad bad man if I didn't have a family tying me down. I never really gave a shit for doing anything by the rules. I do that for them. I don't want to though.

I took up trees because I had a fear of heights. It was too late for me to make money dishonestly and stay with them. I wouldn't put them through that, so I chose the riskiest thing.

I don't want to be a family man.
They make me against my will. It keeps my conscience weighted just enough so I don't float away, but I don't stay on the ground with them.
I want to run away and do anything I dreamed of, but I don't.

I want more adrenaline and pussy (normies won't ever get it). I want to see how far I can push my limits until I push to far.

    But I don't.

No future for the family in that.
I don't know how I got here but here I am, built a big gd fire inside myself and gotta watch it waste from outside.

    Should have stayed single.
I won't get a chance to ever really do the shit I want without betraying them. I sire as hell ain't perfect so who knows... I might someday.

Think twice before you have kids or enter a relationship.

Not sure how taxes got to this but its what my thumb said.

I owned a building and the city and state property tax a year was $25,000.

I no longer own that building.

I have a piece of paper from the courts that says a tenant owes me $50,000. So I have that going for me.

And another screwed me for $18,000. Landlords have zero rights.

    Yep.
I know several guys woth rent homes and a lot of them. They are diversified and just use them as a write off more than anything.
They should be able to be forcibly removed in 30 days.

Yes. But they just keep filing papers and drag shit out for 6 months rent free. Nothing is in their nam so you can’t attach a lien.
This guy was a professional. He knew exactly how to work the system. Piece of shit.

    Lots of them out there.
I have seen white trash totally destroy a mans house he just had redone entirely.
They paid one month rent and were in it for 5 or 6 months.

I cleaned the house. It was sickening.

I can be at home 12 hours.
After that I feel I am missing something and go to the fridge and open the door... Im not hungry but I am looking for something.

I need a big plate of war and hell with a side of sex.
I will open the fridge 10 times over the next 6 hours looking for that plate... It's never there.

No such thing as easy money when owning a business or rentals, there is always a risk and many headaches
