I got bloods done yesterday . The lab called and told me to go to the emergency room. I'm getting checked for Polycythemia vera

I had the same thing 1/2/2018, i couldnt walk or move my legs at all. My 21 yr old son (luckily he works out) had to literally pick me up off the floor and carry me to the car and into the hospital. I couldnt walk at all. I was in bed for 2 days until i could finally walk and move my legs.

I work for a doctor(im the manager for a medical practice) and when i got out the hospital he made sure i got back to normal.

So they gave me paper work on the poly vera does that mean I have it
