    Rhabdomyolysis

Man I just had a 3 day kidney flush at the hospital to get my ck levels down.
    Wednesday
I thought I just strained my knee or tore something as i couldn't put any weight on it. Next day I couldn't even crawl . Few hours later my girlfriend is trying to drag me by my arms and I couldn't lift my arms. I was completely immobile and had trouble wiggling my toes and fingers. Friday came I'm laying on the floor couldn't sit up or pull/push myself up . Finally the fire/ambulance came and stair chaired me down 3 flights of stairs. It was hard being bed bound since friday morning . I couldn't leave my hospital bed at all without an alarm going off and 3 nurses running in.

Im using a walker to move around my apartment . I can't leave my apartment until my doctor appointment. I have to see a blood specialist and meet with oncologist in late January.

My fucking everything hurts, quads, hamstrings feet, ankles ,biceps back hip

I haven't lifted since Dec 5th when i strained pecs and abs. I'm not a cross fitter .

I'm trying to be conservative with my tylenol ( otc stuff not the good stuff ) I'm trying to bear the pain but man i feel like I got hit by a train . I might take another tylenol at 2am

I wouldn't wish this shit on no one

So the red meat in your body is becoming sort of dark red... almost black... maybe a little green... and all the nasty rotten stuff is getting into your blood and making you ill?

Fucking hell that's something out of the Blair Witch.

    Be careful.
Lifting hard after downtime can literally kill you.
This lifestyle is hard on kidneys.

Oh by the way I used to be addicted to weak opiates and so normally I would advise a person to steer clear of them, but on this occassion I'd tell you just to dope yourself up.

Jesus Christ dude. What the actual fuck were you doing with your training to give yourself rhabdo? Part of the reason the CrossFit games caught so much shit is that rhabdo kept popping up, and it’s actually really fucking rare and really hard to do (barring any pre-existing pathologies) so a heavy concentration of it in one space raised a lot of eyebrows.

Take care of yourself and take some serious down time... Better come back strong then come back half functional bro.
    Best wishes and speedy recovery!

I don't cross fit and I haven't worked out since Dec 5th when i strained pecs and abs. I literally have no clue as to what I did to get it .

The kidney flush wasn't bad it was the inability to move. I can walk now with the walker . My everything is so stiff and my Dr told me opiates would increase my creatine levels and I'd end up getting a kidney flush again. I'm popping tylenol and using heating pads

Ahh, okay, I misunderstood what you have said regarding the training.
Rhabdo is basically just muscle tissue dying at an absurdly fast rate. Acute injury is usually the first cause, but you’re getting this shit from areas that have nothing to do with your injured areas.
Did you have a nasty infection or take any meds/gear that you’re not used to or are from questionable sources?

    Daum!

    That’s very rare & shitty

I believe that’s what happened to my wife’s sloppy ass sister once. Out of nowhere, same exact symptoms after she got sick or some shit.

She was in the hospital for a week

I remember asking her “wtf, she drink a grip or what” - she said no

Good luck man, that sounds like awful shit to deal with

I'm on augmentin for cellulitis. I was pinning 150mg test e and 100mg mast e 2x a week to ramp up to my blast . Everything is on hold.

Based on the symptoms I've had this before but never this bad. I would wake up once every few weeks barely able to lift my legs and alot of pain from groin hip abductors and quads . My pee always smells like tuna or strong ammonia. Hence why I don't eat tuna. A doctor told me that I just had a high rate of protein synthesis taking place as my pee is super bubbly

That’s not protein synthesis related. It’s breakdown and excretion. I get this as well if I eat a stupid high (300+g) amount of protein for a day or two without adding enough fluid to create a urinary dilution effect.

My doctor told me i have to see a hematologist and oncologist about getting checked for blood cancers and soft tissue cancer . This shit definitely opened my eyes how much the body can change in a day or two and to stay hydrated and not be a dumbass and hard headed. I thought i strained my MCL or something in my knee. Thursday I knew something was wrong as it spread to my arms. As far as I know my MCL isn't connected to my arms

In September I was constipated and had bad stomach pain. I had to have my gallbladder removed because I had puss sludge and stones and had an infection . The hospital said I should have come sooner as i could have went sepsis

Jesus dude. I’m not even sure wtf that sounds like. Like your body has decided to permanently tip itself further toward MPB than MPS and it’s finally manifested itself in the most severe form (rhabdo).

Muscle protein breakdown. It’s the often forgotten (because it’s nearly impossible to measure) side of the equation related to muscle accumulation or loss. The other side obviously being muscle protein synthesis.

Oh is there a way to stop muscle protein breakdown? I've already stopped working out for obvious reasons

It never stops. Cellular turnover is normal. Normally it’s easily blunted by just protein feeding, PEDs and resting damaged muscles. None of these seem to be working for you though, so there’s something systemic going on that definitely needs more specific medical treatment. If your body is basically destroying itself, that’s the opposite of normal biological processes, and something is wrong.

Will do. I think it's from my stomach. I'd eat and get bloated gain 10-15 pounds in a day , hands woukd go numb from swelling and I'd piss these stones out most times 10-25 stones a day . I'd have trouble pissing and then I'd be really sore and barely able to move. Doctors treated me for a uti . I'd do a low protein diet and wouldn't pass stones for a few days. When I passed stones I'd have any where from 3-8 5hr energy drinks a day and 2 monsters .

I finally went vegetarian last year for 8 months last year and quit passing stones completely. I started eating meat again and the stones started and bloating and soreness so i went low protein only eating meat once a day and I'd only pass stones every 3 months.
I quit eating all pig meat did a low protein diet and no stones no bloating

My pain is right and left arms biceps down right n left legs just above the knees down.

Left arm is excruciating, can barely open my hand. The pains across my body are pretty constant. For an hour or two daily one area clears of pain then returns.

I started getting twitches and jerks in any position. Mainly calves forearms biceps. Yesterday I had a freakin twitch in my pec and right ass cheek. That was weird . The feet and toe twitching is weird

I was getting stir crazy yesterday. My lady and her friend helped me down stairs. We went to dollar General. I walked around. Did not carry anything. I can get in and out of the van ok. I'm still super stiff in the legs left arm and back.

I'm excited for the doctor appt Monday. I have a cab coming to get me that will help me from my door to the cab . I'm excited to get out of the damn apartment.
