    Goals for 2020?

What are you looking to achieve..Bodybuilding related? Id like to hear it.

Id like to keep to the same bodyfat but add 20lbs of muscle tissue. Quite a task but its not impossible. Id like to add an inch on my arms and 3 inches on my quads. Id like squat and deadlifts to go up 100lbs and bench to go up 25 lbs.

Id like to be more disciplined with my diet and continue cruising on AAS throughout the year as i have done this year

Im gonna up the doses just a wee bit for 2020 i will have to in order to gain the needed size to achieve my goals. If i can actually pull this off this year it would be a remarkable year for me. I’m definitely gonna try. Plans of a bulk cycle are coming probably starting in 4-6 weeks.

Curious what everyone wants do as well

I have no measurement , body weight or fat goals at this moment. My goals are to be strong enough to walk without assistance. I'd like to be awake without every inch of my body itching and burning. I'd like to be able to go out of my apartment without assistance. I want my body to heal so I don't twitch and jerk myself awake .

My goal for 2020 is to get my pro card in mens physique or get too big for it and be forced into classic physique.

I've moved into XXL shirts so the goal is to stay here but get denser and ultimately leaner. I would love to be a lean 230 when I start prep.

Lift goals are 405 bench (Im at 365 for 5 reps), and a 495 squat (my max is 455). I don't deadlift much but it would be nice to get back to 495 for those.

Nice lifts brother ive been at 385 since June on bench. Failed every attempt on 405 got close once. My working sets are with 315 and 335 i train heavy also brother. But im thinking a deload is in my future my shoulders have taken a beating i could bench more if my chest was dominant instead of my delts my theory.

Im not super strong on back just getting back into deadlifting now for about 2 months i pulled 495 without straps yesterday and ended up dropping the weight after i got it to my hips so i couldnt count it

We have very similar goals brother

    Goals -

    To gain full movement again

Today was my 1st workout this year, 2nd since surgery

It feels odd not having a full range of motion.

It’s great to see you back! I thought you vanished into the sunset.

I have two bodybuilding competitions tha I am going to.
Venice Beach- I just want to place. I heard that the 50+ category is stacked there.
In December I want to be in IBFF shape and go for a pro card in BB but I’m not sure my legs will be there or not. I want to go on stage at 220 (16 pounds more than last year).
These goals are stretching things so let’s see how we do.

Only goal I have is to finally get around to hitting a USPA meet in (probably) April to get some official numbers up. Gym lifts mean fuck all if you can’t do them under scrutiny.
Honestly have no clue what my peaked and tapered strength would be at these days. I only need a 1355 total to qualify for Nationals, but I can’t be fucked to go to California for a powerlifting meet.

My winter bulk is complete and I have put on 10 pounds. I am currently at 228 pounds the heaviest I have ever been in my life. I have an appointment for a InBodyScan next week to check Body fat, lean mass, water weight etc... No matter where I come in on this test my goal will be to cut BF to 11% NLT July 4th and maintain it through the summer. To do this I have changed my workouts to high reps and lighter weights (good for my injuries), stopped drinking, and have my diet back in check.

I wish you all the best in achieving your goals ... dig deep and motivate!!!!!

My goal for 2020 is to step on stage for the first time (Dec 2020). Just started with GH as my coach to help me get there, we will see how it turns out.

I just want to look like I lift when I'm wearing a shirt....

I have a solid 15 week plan that has started out well. I'm going to kill it.

Cruising right now to get my BW acceptable for my doc. Then cycle starting March. Not sure if I want to bulk or stay around 12% (lean for me).

Giving primo a try & can’t wait to get back on tren.

Wow this fell to the second page quick a month is gone how is everyone doing toward achieving your goals?

I have dropped 14 pounds since January 2nd and am currently at 214, love handles down 2" so far. I haven't had my Bodyfat checked yet. I will be able to tell when I start to get closer to the 11% mark and get it checked then. Still at about 15% IMHO? Food consumption is on track, back into doing a lot more HIT instead of Steady state cardio, lifting lighter with higher reps and only resting 1 minute between sets.

Looking forward to your end results!!! It's a lot of hard work, but the end result is worth it and should stay with you for years if you stay focused and work at it.

When I tell my friends that I am going to do this or that, they always say "you don't need to lose 10 pounds or 2% bodyfat". Well, if I am not working toward a goal I could slip and start going the other way. NO THANKS! I like being the bigger guy in the room or when at a country music festival with no shirt on 50 young guys (20's -40"s) coming up to me and asking me WTF do you do.

I will be 59 in July! Currently on nothing but HRT (test cyp @ 160mg a week). Frequent small healthy meals and HIIT has made the difference for now. I have not run a complete cycle in over a year. Oh I have tried! Last tren was about a year ago and I ended up in the ER at 1 AM having a difficult time catching my breathe (first time using E vise A and at high dose), then last fall I tried deca and var didn't go well and had to abort, tried Primo and winny a month or so ago the primo ace mix was terrible the PIP was unbearable (walked with a limp for 3 days red swollen etc ..). Have never tried HGH mostly low dose tren a couple times a year.

Since I have a great job where I work M-F 6:30AM to 2:30PM I go to the gym typically 5-6 days a week 3PM-5PM during the week. My workout routine that works for me is one muscle group a day and minimum 30 minutes cardio (lately HIIT combined with SSC for 40 minutes). I start with the largest muscle group and work my way to smallest and lastly one day of Abs and core.

Thanks for the compliments it's really nice to get the ego bump when you start pushing 60!!!
