Temporarily? Yeah, but just barely. You’re effectively dying at that BF. About the lowest one can reasonably maintain without health/performance detriment will vary from person to person, but the lowest I’ve seen on a regular basis is around 8-9%.

It all depends on how long, but who ever said BB’ing was healthy in the first place?

Everything was impossible until somebody did it!

    I've got 99 problems......but my squat/dead ain't one !!

It doesnt matter how good looking she is, some where, some one is tired of her shit.

Light travels faster then sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

Great place to start researching ! http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...-database.html

Human body sends off messages to brain that says you are dying, get me food at all cost..brain gets less energy, thinking, concentration is gone your stomach hurts all day and feel like living hell..yeah it's possible and you could live through it..all champion bodybuilders do but, if you don't compete why would you? 8-10 percent looks just fine on a beach

The dude at 3.75, though freakishly lean & muscular, looked too lean. Not only did he look sick, but he actually looked sick.
