They mentioned another couple of sites also. I read the whole 144 page federal indictment complaint I found online last night. He got caught two years ago, involving a North Carolina operation, when a batch of powder seized here shipped from China field tested positive for fentanyl. The full lab test showed it was a false positive, but tested positive for raw testosterone powder. he offered to cooperate against the guy, but Nothing ever came of his involvement.

Fast forward to 2019. Someone he knows well must have got pissed off with him, and they made an anonymous complaint giving up all the details of his operation, as well as his contact info. Soon thereafter, homeland security started an investigation after 2 kilos of Raws were grabbed incoming from China. They did some controlled deliveries, and some undercover buys online from him.

One way they got loads of evidence against him was grabbing his trash. He threw out evidence of every aspect of the operation; receipts, shipping material orders, hundreds of printed labels, handwritten notes describing the raws needed to be ordered. Tons of evidence.

They even got customer lists for guys in 50 states. They got him and Ex wife on video mailing Bunches of orders at the post office. They got bank records from the trash.

He seemed real sloppy.

The investigator used an undercover bitcoin wallet they use for online buys. he made a few buys and the guy Esser even used a click n ship account for the postage to ship to customers, so the feds were able to get a list of every shipment he sent to customers. Tracking his shippers account, they were notified that his U/C buy package was shipped. they went to the post office he always mailed from, and they were able to see the actual package containing Anavar and Winny that they ordered from Esser, that his ex wife just dropped off to ship.

shortly later, the same package arrived in the investigator's PO Box. This guy was just looking to get caught.

His trash was filled with shit that built a case.

Some folks just get greedy. After he was caught up in the North Carolina case, he just moved around the corner to a new stash house. After offering to cooperate against the guy, the case seems to have stalled.

The feds asked the court to allow them to freeze his bank accounts, and allow only the the Homeland Security and Customs agency to draw money out until the account is empty, and transfer those funds to the agency to use as they see fit.

That seems outrageous, and it seems like a perverse incentive to push cases and reach for funds that might not have any connection to what is charged.

Ever watch making a murderer? Dude released from prison after 16 years for dna provong him innocent. He then sued the liars that put him there for like 35 million. He was convicted of another murder after the investigators managed to accidentally destroy the only dna evidence, botch and compromise the blood samples, unseal and reseal evidence and no one knows who did it...no motive. No witnesses other than a mentally handicapped kid they i terrogated for 11 hours straight. The entire case screamed set up.

When I am not arguing with red necks about political issues, I am swapping ideas with them about welding projects, DIY shop tools, old jeeps, or solving machining issues with my lathe.

I like puttering around with odd projects, when I’m not pounding some fat ass from the Brooklyn projects.
