    Gym Academies closed because of Coronavirus

    Hello guys, a brief question, has your gym closed? Fucking quarantined too? If so, how are you doing to maintain your physique? Because it must be incredible, people are in the middle of a steroid cycle and stop training to work out their muscles. Although a pair of dumbbells helps a lot to train at home, it is not the same thing as training all the muscles that a weight room provides us.


    It's been hard to stay away from the gym here in São Paulo..

    Yes I think almost all gyms are going to be closed. I’m training at home

    You don't need a gym

    - Resistance Bands $20
    - A few assorted dumbbells $20-60
    - Curl bar (can also be used for skull crushers, sumo deadlift, mock squats, and military press) $30
    - A few plates for said bar $20-30
    - Exercise mat or yoga mat $10
    - Bodyweight : Priceless

    Heck you could even go to the hardware store and buy empty buckets and fill them with sand, 5lb protein, or whatever yoh have where you know the weight)

    Can easily do push ups, core, and body weight squats.

    Any sturdy chair lets you do more push up variations, dips, etc.

    Need more body weight? Wear more clothing. Add a 10 lb bag of rice on your lap when doing dips.

    Want a harder leg workout? Find a beautiful chica and do lunges while princess carrying her. Getting to easy? Feed her more to increase your difficulty as she gains weights.

    Look at Kelkel's avatar. I don't even think the man knows Gym is short for Gymnasium let alone knows where the public gym is. If you try talking to him about cardio you may as well use google translate.

    Not these days. I got suckered into Sushi Rice. Watched too many videos of Fouad, CBum, Antoine V, and Regan Grimes. All Canadian and all of them eating Lundberg Sushi Rice. Gave it a try and now I'm hooked.
