Hey that’s exactly how i felt the first two weeks of going into my so called home gym from the actual gym. But week 3 is starting to look a tad better im finding my groove barely and things are coming together much better than if i didnt have anything to lift at all.

Exactly. Once you find your exercises and routine with that you have available, things pick up and most people instinctively start pushing their limits a bit.

It's funny how you don't realize how run down and dilapidated you get until you just step back from it for a bit. Sometimes just a week or two can make a huge difference.. mentally and physically.
