Gym workout under the moon! That’s the only real way of working out in CA.
Supposedly, the gyms will be outside until December.

Around 230. I am struggling because my T4 is not dialed in yet. I used to know exactly how to adjust, but I need to learn my body all over again.
A small dose of 20 mcg of clen is helping me stabilize.

I’m about back to normal. I really do not use a lot of weight. Most of my reps have been on the higher end and doing rest pause and drop sets.
