Sometimes i show up at the gym, strong and big, but my midsection is also big. Not fat but full.
But yesterday i did something new. And ended up with a thigth midsec, yet fullblown.
I adddd 100 g from an isotonic sportsdrink to my pwo and 100 g to my intra.
It really kept me going looking fullblown with energy and as i said, smalwaisted.

Anyone experienced the same?
