    Most certainly yes, it is possible. I think common sense tells us If you play stupid games you win stupid prizes. Purposely use non sterile needles and you can get yourself an infection and in rare cases could lead to death if left untreated

    I do agree with anything is possible...
    I thought he was referring to injecting to much air.

    We've had guys here go septic due to infections.

    It is an extremely vague question i think everyone is unsure exactly how to answer this. So i answered it the best i could .

    If i take a ball point pen and stick it in my eye socket as hard as i can, i CAN in fact die from the wound. Like you said yourself, injecting air into ones blood vessels can also kill, but stupidity usually is the culprit. No sane person would do such.
