There's two Hare Krishna temples in Arizona: One in Phoenix, and one in Tucson. I doubt either are full at this time of year. You would have to get used to getting up at 4am though.
There's a Buddhist temple too but they're not like the Hare Krishna's where you can just show up at the door. (With the Buddhists you need to sign up for some sort of retreat or course and you could be waiting for months).
Oh and of course make sure you park your van somewhere that it won't be clamped or towed. The temple might even have parking, ask them.
