my karmic piece...(not asking for answers or advice), although feel free to do so
karmic in the sense of gratitude for having some concerns answered. Like for example, Cuz's advice was great so was Test Monsterone, for give me if I spelled your names wrong.

I decided to be all Natural, I have nothing against a.a.s., it's just not for me after having made permanent improvements to my psyche my character and my body....over the years of dealing with them.

in keeping with surgeries in this area of a.a.s. like gyno surgery, I had about 3 hair transplants in So. Cal....

1 of them was a gyp for which i had an out of court settlement, it was what's called a "mill," a rush job factory that charges cheap but you get what you paid
for

The other 2 transplants, nobody tells you hey don't waste your time on F.U.T. hair transplants, abbreviated HT (Hair Transplants)

F.U.T. procedures are more inexpensive, but a waste of time, they are not dense hairs, and they don't produce much; in the long run it's suggested to pay more for an F.U.E. procedure;

1 HT doc told me "after the 2 poor experiences you had, I don't feel comfy taking your money" I kinda persuaded him since he was 1 of the best in my area; he never ever told me: hey dude, you should do a F.U.E.... do you know why? He didn't do F.U.E. procedures. It turns out not only is an F.U.E. hair transplant, a better more expensive procedure with Denser fuller outcomes, but not all HT docs do them

So, I am saving money and I'm not that far for a trip to South America where some doc with a German last name is going to do 5,000 F.U.E. grafts for like $3,500 US Dollars

The way travel is now for Americans like myself is that if you are an American citizen, coming into the states from a foreign country you don't need a covid-19 test, which is wonderful...I don't want to be getting a covid 19 test if that can be avoided, much less be searching around for a covid-19 test center in a Southern American jungle type exotic area where some of the WW II ex Nazi's might be living...LoL JK ...but "German Engineering" and scientists are highly praised, rigtht? lol

So... hopefully that travel policy, on American citizens like myself would still hold true, and not change....

I'm not going to get a F.U.E. HT there in South America even though I will have the Disposable Income to spend on this HT as early as like March 2021, -- until I do get a covid 19 test in like Sept 2021 (I don't have any underlying conditions, Thank God), because sitting in an enclosed airplane with a mask, even with a mechanical engineer setting up proper ventilation or HVAC, it might be problematic.... or not as safe.

So, while I'm waiting these hair fibers, they do wonders,... for example Boldify or Caboki... or any other ones... I get no kickbacks btw

The info. on the website is that they do not clog the hair pores....and you need to have at least a decent amount of hair on top so that these hair fibers *bind* sort of like Iron Filings did in your high school science class, in other words, you can't be pretty much mostly bald...

the info. says, hair fibers can be washed out and do not clog pores like for example what high quality salon - grade pomade (hair gel) might do if it gets on the scalp and turns into gum ?

The crown gets covered welll with these hair fibers when you sprinkle them using 2 mirrrors....the back of the head...so that you don't have that babboon butt look.

the drawbacks, the comb a person uses to style the hair these fibers get caugtht in the comb's teeth and you go through a lot of combs, or you need to use a Opened paper clip and scrape out the fibers, because if you have thinning hair and are using hair fibers as a Temporary fix.... what that clogged comb does is pull out hair

another drawback...some of the hair fibers sprinkle onto the border of the forehead.... but this is minor and can be wiped off

If I could get an Inexpensive F.U.E. Hair transplant in Ireland, would do so in a heart beat since I'm Irish American and would love to visit there, but the value of the dollar is optimum in a South American country....

Anyone else have any experience with hair fibers they care to share? or with F.U.E. HT procedures? or any other constructive comments? If yes, They're welcomed... thanks

(edited to show he didn't feel comfy taking my money....yet never offered the fact that an FUE procedure which he didn't do, would be a better procedure yielding better results) at the time, I should have done lots of research....and discovered how FUE HT are really the only option...that FUT is a waste of time, in terms of results...but well, I was a lot younger. Be careful... HT and is a form of cosmetic surgery, so you don't have Dr. Jonas Salk inventor of the Polio vaccine who didn't make a dime from the polio vaccine working with you, you get some unscrupulous scum bag, in my case 3 of them. Frankly this is what makes American doctors look bad...shady and money-hungry. unethical

I thought about finasteride for my hair, all the masteron has really hit the hair hard.

From studies i have seen it is safe to use long term 5+ plus years with no adverse health effects

that's a/k/a propecia (finestride), i have an on-line source that has a legit doc prescribe it for me. $18 a month $9 for a 30 day supply and $9 for the subscription

fin. prevents the hair from falling out, im not a big fan, nor do i see it as growing my hair, it just keeps it there.

5 mgs of finestride per day is actually also good for the prostate gland in that it somehow shrinks it per my gp (family doc)

but for hair, u only need 1 mg per day

i've heard some say it makes the 3rd leg go limp....but that's where lots of herbs help like tribulus, to counteract that.

my 1-2 punch is both 1) finestride and 2) minoxidil

u just have to make it a habit part of your day like brushing your teeth minoxidil in the morning and night (almost never missing applications morning & nite)

I love having no hair - and, living in a day in age where it has been normalized

I was going to go that route, it's easier and there's sooo much a person can do with the savings like invest, but i still remember the 80s tv commericals as an impressionable teen, where chics used to say "i love runnin my fingers thru a thick head of hair"

call me gullable, but i guess those ads worked on my subconscious

Researching hair transplant MD’s now and will set up appointments in the Spring. Some of the work is incredible. However, if I could pull off the shaved head look, I would go that option.

One thing I know now is no more mast.

ok, you probably know this by now, but just to make sure the best advice i can give is to definitely go with F.U.E. (follicular unit extraction)...what a waste of time and money that was when i went with a more inexpenisve f.u.t.. It's worth it to pay more for quality and peace of mind. f.u.t. also leaves scarring in the back and u can't get a close buzz cut without the outline of the surgery.

Had it done 20 years ago and have that tell-tale scar, lol. Yeah you can’t go much lower than a 2 on a trimmer without seeing it :frown:

What’s funny is that it’s not low maintenance at all

It takes me forever to shave & I do sometimes twice daily - I can only use a super close trimmer, a straight blade gives me a horrid rash

Yeah, the only times I don't like being bald is on real sunny days when I'm outside without a hat.

I was losing the battle long before I did gear and steroids just put the final nail in the coffin. I shave the sides so I don't look ridiculous though. But I don't maintain it every day.

My hairline is still perfect after a decade of taking high Tren on and off. I'm immune to hair loss.

I've been on Fina for years at 5mg per day for BPH. Zero issues fortunately. Some guys do suffer from Post Finasteride Syndrome though. Like all meds, some can have adverse reactions to them.

Also, if you're T is endogenous Fina will actually raise your T level by virtue of less T turning to DHT. Nice little side effect.

elsewhere on another forum site, i was told by a member that someone's friend took fina and "his d didn't work after for years" he was sincere to me in other posts and replies so i had no reason to question him

thanks, i'm going to my doc today for a follow up and asking for 5 mgs fina,

i recently found someone had prostate cancer and then another person too

other than a heart attack, prostate cancer is a real worry for men, so hopefully shrinking the prostate or decreasing selling will not only be good for urine flow, less urination, but also lessen my chances for prostate cancer


going to find out how i can avoid a "widow maker" heart problem, too

it's amazing whwat people unearth when looking at one health concern

one bodybuilder i'd like to do research on is Bill Pearl, an old school bodybuilder from the 70s and early 80s, who wrote an article on how he became a lot mellow when he turned vegetarian (red meat is bad for the prostate, too)

So you've been on tren (off and on) for a decade and you're only squatting 100kg? I'm not making fun, but what were you lifting before you started gear?

As far as Biotin,

Biotin 10,000 mcg, 200 veggie caps, 1x per day

The reviews on a major on-line selling platform are intersting, and none of them seem like paid reviews, i wonder if they are having a Placebo effect

I guess adding Biotin can't hurt

But if any of you watch regular Tv there are Ads primarily targeting women on vitamins that purportedly re-grow hair.... one of them is a female med doc who says, something to the effect "medical school was very hard and i started losing hair...but this vitamin works to regrow my hair"

why is it targeted only towards women and it just sounds difficult to believe.

I had FUE done about 2 years ago and even though I should have gone thicker Im still happy with it. I found a doctor in California that was about 1/3 the price as Washington. It would have cost me at least 12K here and I think I paid less than 4K. Natural Hair Transplant Medical Center in California.
