This is rather disturbing news, since here we are in the middle of a worldwide financial disaster similar to the Great Depression of the 20's and 30s... so...that and coupled with the short staff that the Pandemic which gave rise to this short staff of law enforcement....

why is someone's hustle being messed with? In this case the Lithuanian vendor and maybe the middle man in New Mexico?

On a philosophical note in the similar vein which has practical purposes, isn't it the case that there's a lot more crime (non-violent crime) like Fraud, drug selling when the economy is in the shitter *and* and in such times when the economy is doing very poor--aren't a lot more people getting away with these non-violent hustle crimes?

Like for example during the 20s and 30's there was a lot more bank robberies as people who owned farms were being forclosed on by banks, so they got their revenge through bank robberies.
