Why are McDonald's Ice Cream Machines Always Broken?

Here's some "investigative journalism" as to why the machines are always broken

Long story short, it's because the company that makes the machines, Taylor, intentionally makes them wonky and has an exclusive contract with McDonald's so that every franchise has to buy their machine.

And, they get a massive amount of use

McD’s ice cream is actually one of the most nutritionally sound ice creams you can get

Same here. I also don’t go to 31 Flavors and order a burger and fries, lol. Dairy Queen, hell yeah; different story.

We have an appliance repair racquet out here by me run by a particular nationality. They come out for a repair and might replace your broken part with a new part, but they also replace a currently working part with a broken part. Fooled me twice with two separate shops for the same appliance. I finally connected with someone trusted who clued us in.

There’s POS everywhere trying to make a crooked buck.

It’s one of the only things I can eat here & there right now that my son will agree on - a cone is 140 cal I believe

I’m pulling into low single digit bf% this year unless my head blows - otherwise I’d still be eating double quarter pounders

Good old armos. I needed a locksmith once, he tried to charge me $300 and was angry when I said that’s way too much. I don’t understand how an an entire nationality can have so many douche bags.

In this case, not armos. Although I did have one recently try to lie about a broken garage door spring. Yeah sure it needs to be custom made and $1500, lol. I’ll shoot you a PM, don’t want to offend anyone if I single out a nationality. Turns out after the fact, several contractors I know confirmed that this group is notorious at ripping people off in that business.

I think it's like 200 calories. As far as cheat snacks go, it's not that bad. And it hits the spot on a hot day. I'd go there to get just that and often, it'd be crossed off on their electronic menu. I always thought it would be ridiculous that they'd equip their franchises with equipment that breaks down that often. I always assumed it was just that the workers were too lazy to clean it out.

Turns out, McDonald's and the manufacturer, Taylor were just grifting the franchises.

I think we found another conspiracy. Plus the Canadian site gives a different caloric count. Now this is making me wonder how accurate those "nutritional information" facts published on the internet for various foods actually are.
