    What's the best alcohol to drink?

    What's the best alcohol to drink? Which one is the lowest in calories and sugar? I used to drink Vodka on occasions but my wife read somewhere that Vodka is high in calories. I don't drink that often but when I do drink I don't want to have to worry about additional calories.

    Hard A has a little less carlories by volume than beer or wine. A shot of 80proof alcohol has roughly 110 calories.
    There are a few low carb(less than 5) beers. I like vodka myself. Schnappes is quality too. REDROCK

    Yeah Vodka, cool it in the 'fridge for a few hours and drink it straight with some spicy salami. Or if you visit here, and don't mind putting on a gut, GUINNESS.

    I'm all about Vodka on ice but you gotta get good shit or else it tastes like rubbing alcohol you wipe your quad with before shooting. Go with Goose, Belvedere, or Finlandia. Great for Martini's or just on the rocks.

    less calories by volume? doesn't that mean one shot of hard A should have less cals than one shot of beer? which isn't the case...

    Vodka is the shit. I love drinking martini's or vodka tonics when I'm not in the mood for beer. Grey goose IMO is the best but then when I saw it was French I went back to Absolut. Both are pretty smooth, hmmmm!
