I've seen some older closed threads where people have taken the time to list off common abbreviations and it's much appreciated. But I am seeing more lingo on threads but not explained. Words like "Blast" "Cruise" (many more I dont have written down), Am I missing where all these terms are explained?

Cruising is where you never go off AAS and you are taking small doses usually just test at TRT like levels.
Blasting is where you take larger amounts of AAS with the Intent to grow .

Yes what does someone mean when they say they are “on a cruise” or how ever they phrase that term? Also I’ve seen people say “on a blast”. I’m guessing CRUISE means they’ve lowered the dosage instead of going fully off, maybe starting some PCT between one cycle and another? As for BLAST I’m guessing that’s a really short high dosage cycle?
