Davi is back in the game
Well, I went back to testosterone and decided to take the use to death, I don't intend to stop taking it or do pct anymore, because I saw that it's a tremendous waste of time, it seems that it chews everything we gain from the cycle.. So, below is mine diet i am eating 3800 kcal per day while i am taking 600mg of Testosterone Cypionate per week. I'm not going into any crazy heavy cycles, I'm just aiming for athletic shape and I'm going into it with just my testosterone.

I'm getting 6 oz of lean ground beef sautéed in 4 whole eggs (I got this from GearHeaded to make it more calorie dense.)
4,233 oz cream of rice porridge
1 cup skimmed milk
3 scoop of whey protein powder
meal 2
1 whole medium sized avocado
1 medium size apple
meal 3
2 cups of cooked white rice
1/2 cup cooked beans (pinto beans)
6 oz raw chicken breast
2 cup of raw spinach
1 medium size banana
meal 4
2 cups of cooked white rice
6 oz raw chicken breast
2 cups raw broccoli
1 medium size banana
meal 5
2 cups of white rice
2 cup of raw spinach
6 oz raw chicken breast

If I were going to be on steroids permanently, I would blast and cruise. Eventually, you're going to hit a wall where you stop getting gains. That's when you go down to a TRT dose.

I’m thinking that you are enjoying eating all of those calories a little too much Davi and need to process that extra protein better. Throw in some MK 67 and the world might experience a food shortage. Hey, save a few steaks and a couple of eggs for me if you would be so kind.

Man, I'm going to get heavy on the shoulders, I'm even going to start doing barbell lifts behind the head for the shoulders again.. You who are a physical therapist can say; if the shoulder exercise "behind the head with the bar" causes injuries? I abolished this exercise and also saw my shoulders slumped, I'm thinking of going back with it and going against the experts who demonize the exercise with the barbell behind the head for saying that it causes shoulder injuries. What do you think?

Just gonna be brutally honest here Dav, your gear was fake or you didnt eat. You look very natural and thats just an honest opinion. I would switch labs if I were you

I confess that I did this cycle eating in maintenance (Tdee ) I saw that I did shit... But I would also hate to be bloated to the extreme like a pig... But I appreciate your opinion a I will work hard to one day get close to your size...Well I just turned 28, is there time?
Other than that I don't train at the gym, you know? I train at home these days and I don't have the structure that a commercial gym has... Thanks for the sincerity brother, you're seeing me in a mediocre way on the good side, open my eyes for me not to cheat , but I would never do that.. For some girls I'm physically fine, but when it comes to guys like you who live bodybuilding 24 hours a day, I feel ashamed around you..I wish I was your size. I need a lot of time to gain muscle maturity and change my fucking physique... I don't know how the hell I'm going to do this but I'll keep fighting for it. Im just giving the truth, which is what I would i want myself. Your shoulders didnt cap, you didnt get anything that would be an indicator of a first cycle result. Even if u didnt eat you would have got leaner something would have happened. Did u pull bloodwork by chance

do you even lift? you have little man boobs, maybe gyno, absolutely no muscle definition or size. that being said u are a dedicated guy, so I really think u can get there. you got to change things up man, its not working. nothing wrong with that, we all have this happen. focus on eating and training, not online fights and international challenges of fist fights.
for fuck sake, do what u type, eat, train and sleep. stop with the 9k shakes, eat real fucking food.
if u werent such a dick alot more people would help, but u are fucking insane.
