Stan Smith classic tennis shoe. For gym and every day. Old school at its best. Tear out the insoles and replaced with better cushion and arch support. Lol, the insoles cost 25% of the shoe itself.

My only requirement is that my gym shoes are made by slaves and sold by multi Billion dollar corporations who hate me and my children.
Used to wear flip flops but the coaches sayd if i drop a weight on my toe in flip flops is not good so i got a pair of cheap running sneakers, under armour is the company name
i lift at home in my home gym so i go barefoot.
but i am partial to black suede pumas and black suede adidas gazelles. ive also got pairs of the same shoes in red
I used to wear only Nike. But when I needed a new pair of shoes, I looked through the garmentory reviews by link and found New Balance. They turned out to be so comfortable. Now I have two favorite brands.
