How often are you guys going #2 per day? I feel like I go so much it actually interferes with my life lol.
I wake up at 5:30am, instantly have to go, about 10-15 minutes later I have to go again. I will go a total of 4 times before I leave the house at 6:20. I then have to go again when I get to the gym around 6:40. I will go again at some point during the morning at work, and some time in the afternoon.
I am literally averaging about 7 times a day. I’m not eating anything crazy- oats, whey, chicken, rice, broccoli, steak, eggs, peanut butter. I take a probiotic with every meal, and fiber daily. I am bulking and eating 6 times a day but this just seems excessive to me. Please tell me I’m not alone here lol
