Need a gambling company for 'novelty' bet

Do any of you know a gambling company that has a good reputation and that accepts so-called 'novelty' bets?

I want to place a bet that a friend of mine -- who isn't famous -- will win a medal in the Olympics within 5 years from now.

I walked into my local betting shop, but when they accept a 'novelty' bet, it really only involves famous people, for example something like "The odds of Justin Bieber winning an Olympic medal before 2030". They typically don't accept a bet that doesn't involve famous people.

Can anyone suggest a gambling/betting company that will accept my bet? I don't mind what country they're based in, so long as they have a good reputation for paying out.

I have a bad attitude toward gambling. I think they are a bad influence on people. Easy money will never be your livelihood. I have never bet or gambling in any way. I think it is pointless to lose your money. If you want to play something. It is better to play a game which will be useful to you. For example, after reading the thegg.net article I found a lot of great games to search for objects. I advise you to read and choose the best game.

I'd like to earn money this way. It's fun. But I'm not lucky that much. That's why gambling for me is also an entertainment. However, even here I am sometimes unlucky. The last time I deposited my money to poker stars, they took them and frozen my account. I tried to address poker stars customer service, but got no help.

Yeah it's important to find a licensed and regulated online casino when it's illegal to bet online in most states. And I believe it's also federally illegal too.
