Dating App
So im divorced and live alone .
I dont drink and dont care to , so bars and the like are out of the question to meet females.
Anyone have good experiences with apps?
The best one I have found seems to be hinge . I downloaded it and am in the process of setting up a profile.
Any experiences? Good or bad?

I haven't had any dating sight/app experience for a long time but I have a friend who uses one still all the time.
IMO if you are only interested in dating (nothing serious or long term) the dating apps/sights are great. If you are looking for something long term/serious then its best to meet someone when you are out doing the things you like to do or through friends. That way a certain amount of evaluation or vetted hopefully.
Ive always had the opinion that if someone is single in their 30s+ and looking for a relationship there is most likely a reason. It could be because they focused on their career but if they have had multiple relationships or recently separated/divorced there is typically 2 sides to every story.
With my experience its always been when Ive said no more, I'm done looking then that is what I usually find.

Ive used only tinder. You have to have decent pic of yourself... if you look good on the pic you will get matches. If you match i think its better to ask her out on a real date then start chatting there

My brother and I both used the Sister app. My brother ended up marrying her best friend in high school and are now going on 30 years. I ended up marrying her best friend in the military and we just celebrated 21 years.
Unfortunately you still have to have a connection. If you are not into what your age group is into it may be time to look outside of your age group. Cougars can be fun!!!

I'll give my opinion on what I think about dating apps; if it was like 5 years ago you would be able to eat a lot of pussy on these apps to have real dates with hot babes! Nowadays most women use these apps to write social networks to get more followers! Your social networks like facebook, instagram etc. If you want to get involved with women you need to start going to bars, pretend you had a beer! A can of beer won't hurt you brother. I suggest you also go to clubs where there are a lot of girls on business. Well alone you won't be, stop being nice and be a bad boy, don't wait for your life to go out the window! Go to festivals, clubs, bars, parks, the beach and whatever you want. Take the wheel of your life and fuck dating apps.

Maybe if she notice that you seem to be a rich guy with a stable life, she might be interested in you. Otherwise, she will only use you to increase their number of followers... That's all I can tell you brother, the only way to maintain connection easier with women is in real life in public places that many women frequent.

Thanks for the replies guys.
A lot of older guys will talk about the old school way.
My brother in law,one of my old bosses.
But the thing with that is we arent in those times anymore.
Some girls arent looking for a guy anyways and I rather actually find someone at least looking for someone, even if they arent that serious if that makes sense.
Any who, ive met a few girls so far, which is better than the luck I have had outside of the app.
Like I said, I dont get out much.
I remember back when I was 18 girls would love to get hit up on. Its just not the same anymore. Its so artificial.
So I guess ill roll with the times ?
Fk it.

Not so sad for me, but I have never succeeded to find a couple there. I just think it's not mine. There are different kinds of character, have a peek at this web-site, there is a great article about personalities. And going online for a date is just not my option, I guess. I need to see a person, talk in real and feel the vibe. I can't pick up correctly on a distance.

Using an app. like Tinder you have to pay a fee for a coin or token, right?
Match dot com
and Our time are better options if you're looking for long term
E-harmony had this elitest screening process back in 2012. I remember spending 20 minutes doing the questionnaire only to be written off at the end of it, as not making enough money, basically, to be compatible or successful on their website
That's when that older founder Neil something or another was doing its commercials.
Original poster, you want to avoid heartache and tears, and do it respectfully....
I definitely suggest buying and reading "Secrets of the 'A' Game" by Logan Edwards
It's a very thorough book that is useful whether it be 1 night stands or a decent relationship
Many of us men are kind of frustrated with women as they are very picky or are "rejected" / turned down nicely, even....but it shows you how to handle rejection even if it's not done by a woman in a nice way
Good luck, I know how hard it is nowadays, it wasn't like the floodgates opened after the Covid vaccines and after wearing masks for the most part ended.
I think the better way, would be to actually go places and meet women...take a valium or 1 beer (to be chill at a social setting) but be careful not to overdrink, if you're on d-bol or some other potentially liver toxic p.e.d.
Good luck, again

Rules ALL men should live by:
1. NEVER, EVER date a single mother.
2. Never do what you don't want to do. You make the money, you decide where you are going and what you are doing.
3. Don't ask a women what she wants to do.
4. Never tell a women how much money you make.
5. Don't EVER date co-workers!
6.Never answer the phone on the weekend.
7. Never spend more than 40 bucks on a date.
8. NEVER approach a woman in a club who has her girlfriends with her.
9. If you are not getting laid by the 3rd date, dump her and move on.
10. No spooning, no cuddling, no staying over. Get in, get out!
11. Never be in a committed relationship UNTIL you are 25 or really ready to settle down.
