    Happy Birthday Doyle

F’n 58 & a long time vegan. Tours most of the year and gets his workouts largely from adjustable dumbbells that sponsors him & he endorses. Doubtful AAS usage & has denied it. Saw him 41 years ago while he was still in high school & the guitarist for The Misfits. The kid was already jacked. I’ve seen recent photos where he was much leaner.

Lol. Well gear of no gear, he’s been dialed into that exact same physique/conditioning non-stop since March. Nice trick with diet, training (gear?) when you’re going to another town every 2-3 days, then hopping over for some gigs in Europe. I think he’s doing South America & Australia in a bit.

And, at 58 and a vegan diet? I’ll just say nice job & happy birthday Doyle!

Shit, even if he was on AAS, that's still a look most guys taking AAS try to go for. He probably has great genetics for this, could have been a pro bodybuilder. I'm impressed.

I saw him one year later when he was 17. Already he was filling out. It’s got to a grind to keep that level of conditioning up year after year. The guy rarely doesn’t tour.

He’s pure mesomorph. Guys like him rarely need to diet or do cardio. The fact that he can hold on to that much muscle without meat is a sign of superior genetics.

I remember seeing this on some article on jacked famous musicians.
I mean his name professional is Doyle Wolfgang von Frankenstein.
    That in itself is badass.

I read something the other day in regard to Vegans that made me LOL

If eating only vegetables is so good then why do they keep trying to make it taste like meat?

I saw that too & had the same reaction. My favorite “vegan” dish, lol. Double cheeseburger, single cheeseburger, tomatoes, pickles, raw onions, ketchup/mustard, and lettuce wrapped (have been staying away from a lot of carbs as of late).

Our weekly tab at the farmers market fish vendor can get ridiculous.
