60 & counting but didnt hit 30,000

Well I was sort of hoping to hit 30,000 post by my 60th birthday (Today October 26th) but didnt quite make it. I guess I haven't been active enough the last few months.

I found a meme I made into a birthday card for myself sort of and thought it was fitting and funny.

No one like getting older once you pass about 30. I was pretty happy at 45 because I was in about the best shape of my life but started falling apart soon after. Well not falling apart but breaking and needing repairs.

I stopped counting around 49.

Getting older; it fucking sucks. The hardest hit for me has been the fact that practically everything I do (AAS, weed, orgasms, sports, work...), just doesn't produce the same effects that I felt 25 (or even 15) yrs ago... Life is still great, but all those adrenaline rushes I got in my younger days, are just gone... Can any of you long in the tooth gents relate to what I'm talking about?

Anyway; have a nice celebration out there; you've earned it.

I will admit, those moments of excitement and anticipation of some astounding event are getting fewer & far between. Retirement has given me a new lease on life though; but, that said, my motivation to go out and do new and mysterious stuff, just ain’t there. Ain’t complaining, a lot of happiness in simple, every day things. Next birthday for me is Medicare.
