I couldn't sleep last night and spent a few hours reading and catching up a little on the past few year. Can't believe some of the ones I thought were good dudes are banned lol wow seems like a few things have changed with the rules so I'll have to check them out again I suppose.

    Hope you're all doing well

The rules have been tweaked a tad but are relaxed somewhat.

Link to rules keep the lounge/forum posts to a dull roar:

Indeed it's been a while. I'll definitely be sticking around for a bit and seeing what the community has been up to. Thinking about making another run at body transformation. I went from the skinny little shit who couldn't gain a pound to a juiced up meatstick for so long... but nobody told me what would happen if I let myself go hahaha too bad skinny little shit isn't on the menu anymore hut apparently "dadbod" is a thing

If you don't qualify for discounts you're ok

I'll be 36 on Saturday... but I feel at least 10 years older than I am. Should have started HGH years ago

Dang man, seriously - like no shit. . . . Days turn into weeks, months turn into years - time just flies. . . I can def believe 60 approaches faster than we expected when we were 20

Wake up in the morning, can't go back to sleep - straight buck shot to the right sciatic nerve - Nice. . . Lay there for a while, get up and start stretching this fucker. I'm like, it's either gonna go one way or the other - 30 mins later, I'm up & moving

This is at 42 - this hernia also definitely did not appreciate all the coughing from this recent "sickness". . . Also so looking forward to when it will "need" to be fixed

What I have discovered at 54+ is that "old" is a sliding thing. It is always 10 years older than I am...

Hernias will fudge you up. Recovery from surgery is even worse, but short term in effect, so it was worth it for me in the long run. Now, if you had asked me on the day after surgery, I might have had a different answer.

I have been lucky with this fucker, it seems to have been around for a while & thanks to its placement working out the area helps quite a bit.

Aside from coughing or sneezing it doesn't protrude - even when lifting up heavy weight
