Have you ever had an episode of tachycardia?

Let's exchange experiences, as stimulants are the ones that kill the most in the world of physical performance. My heart once beat 180bpm to 194bpm per minute, I went to the hospital at 24 old years but my current age is 30 years old and I try to avoid pre-workouts, stimulants etc.

I hope you are well. But currently I don't have the courage to touch stimulants. In my 20s I abused menfertemin with caffeine to train, which landed me in the hospital with an episode of tachycardia. One time I didn't have my bottle of menfertemin to train, in my My training only bore fruit when I took 1 bottle of 10ml before training. One day when I didn't have my illusory bottle of menfertemin, I took a 3,000mg Caffein capsule instead.

The shit is already done, I walked from my house to the gym, which was about 20 minutes from my house. Well until then I was fine, but I felt in the equipment to train Behind in -the- neck press , when I started to have unusual agitation. Yes, I started sweating like a pig and feeling like vomiting. .I soon left the gym and didn't even put away the weights, surely the gym owner had noticed that I was feeling bad. I walked back to my house, went to my room and lay down on the bed, my brother saw that I was shaking in bed as if I had adrenaline. Yes, my heart was beating strongly in my chest and I became restless After a lot of struggle to try to convince me to go to the hospital, I went with him. When I arrived at the hospital, my brother said he thought he was having a heart attack. The doctors didn't even get my BP, they took me to the emergency room and there they said it was almost reaching 200 bpm per minute.

Yeah, I had similar experiences. I've had it both after consuming caffeine and when not consuming any caffeine. It's basically a panic attack. Once you have a panic attack, it feels like it can happen at any time. It takes a while to get over the anxiety of having another one. Of course, when it first happens, it feels like you are dying. For that reason I stopped taking pre workouts and I limit my caffeine intake to 1 or less cups of coffee a day. I'm sensitive to caffeine, but everyone's tolerance is different.

How many did your heart reach in your tachycardia?

I didn't even see that it was 500mg of caffeine per capsule and I put 6 at once and swallowed.

I had a lot of vomiting and diarrhea with my heart rate beating 180 bpm. The feeling was that the heart wanted to come out of the chest

It was around 200. One trick that I learned is to breathe slowly into a bag. Exhale and inhale the same air. A lot of that feeling is hyperventilation, when we breathe too quickly and too much oxygen accumulates in the blood, leading to that panicky feeling. When you breathe your own exhalation back in, you increase CO2, which will calm you down.

Most of the time, it's just panic you're experiencing. The best thing you can do is sit down and try to be in the most relaxing position you can be. Just take long slow breaths and remember whatever you're experiencing is, it's going to pass in a few minutes.

I know when you're in that situation, it's pretty much impossible to calm down, but you gotta at least try.

If you go to the ER, they'll likely give you something like Ativan to calm you down, but that'll open an even worse can of worms.
