    Just checking on you boys

    I used to spend hours on end researching and reading on this website. I just come back every once in awhile see if it's still up and running. It's good to see y'all still here learning and growing

    good to see you here man... I suppose it's pretty dead here ***NOT LIKE** the olden days... crazy huh???!!! I used to spend so much time reading here as well!! I miss the olden forum days for sure..... anyway keep moving forward! I'm in the best shape of my life now! but we all know i'm on stuff lol!
