    Anyone heard of these?

Have you heard of Pavel Tsatsouline?

Was wondering if any of you guys have heard or tried any of his training techniques?

I've heard of Pavel and have read some of his stuff on the net, I think his training would be very beneficial to OLY lifters and sport specific athletes (such as football), but i don't think it would help much in BBing. I'm btw referring to his kettleball stuff.

As far as quinoa, i bought a 25lb bag a while back and its pretty much like rice except it is a complete protein so its another way to get protein in and its a good source of low glycemic complex carbs.

Pavel writes an article in Muslemedia every month. He's an old school Russian strength training guy. I've read a few of his articles, he has some interesting training techniques, and does some work for the military I believe... Like saboudian said, I don't think it's so much BB related, as strength/power.
