    Resting Heart Rate?

I was just wondering what everyones average resting HR is? Mine is like 95 seriuosly. I once went in for a check up and normal BP and pulse. PB is fine and my pulse is 95. Shes like "did you just run here?" im like no its always fast. She gives me a wierd look and walks out. never brought it up. just wondering if its normal or if im F'd up.

My resting heart rate is ususally in the mid to high 40s. Last week it was 47.
In the 90s for a resting heartrate is above normal. Don't really know if that is bad. You may want to ask a doc what it means.

bigol..I'm not totally sure of your age or level of fitness, but 90+ is a little too high..It could be a sign of an underlying condition that needs attention..Your Physician should have looked a littel deeper..If this is your HR while you are on cycle, then I wouldn't worry..But if this is off cycle you may want to start taking a closer look at why it is this high..

Mine averages 52-58 bpm while off cycle and hovers in the mid 80's while on..
