im not gonna give one only because i believe i struggle in all areas. Theres always room for improvement

Heavy legs will make you grow fast. I once heard that the harder you train legs, you will release some sort of chemical from your testicals which promotes muscle growth.........any one else ever hear that????????

In lamens terms its when you work one LARGE muscle group (legs) and you release chemicals which stimulate growth of other surrounding muscle groups. Another way of explaining this without going scientific on you is, your body always tries to stay semetrical. It's a toss up...my taint or my ear lobes....
I feel like I look like shit! And totally embarrased at what I look like for lifting so hard for so long! But I get told my back thickness and traps...
but in my eye....definately the lobes!
