He had knee surgery if i remember correctly as he was asking about deca and rehab a week or so back. I feel lame for knowing that.

haha, he's right. I had torn cartillege, and got surgery on thursday. I'm pumped, gonna start doing some rehab exercises tonight. They're basically going to consist of standing on it until i can't bear the weight at various angles, and walking in a pool. Should be fun.
