alright PT i want answers...its late, im bored and....well thats it.

How come everytime i go to the main board theres 197 people online 70 members and 127 guests.......is this some unusual circumstance or the worlds largest coincidince....mind you i log on this website about 300 times a day. And also who is the guy talking on the headset...he's awful excited about somethin.


I WANT ANSWERS AND I WANT THEM NOW.....

also if anyone who reads this can kindly make thier way to the WORKOUT QUESTIONS forum and give me a hand with my new routine i would appreciate it......
