Calling All "Anabolic Members": I can't find my ban button

I was under the impression that "Anabolic Members" got to ban people and I've been looking all morning for my "BAN" button to no avail. Could one of my Anabolic Members colleagues kindly point me in the right direction so that I can get to work on banning a certain timepiece??

I should hope that someone indiscriminately placing comas throughout the populace would be banned. There's nothing good about being turned into a human vegetable by some jerk misplacing comas everywhere.
