1)The way I look in the mirror
2)This Forum
3)All the bodybuilding magazines............(Keep em next to the throne)
4)Talking to all the big guys in the gym
5)My family and friends

Actually, the more I think about it, the more I see that this world revolves around getting into a woman's pants. It really does when you think about it in depth...or atleast sexual gratification in any way, means or style.

It's a form of body modification, like tattoos and piercings. I'd like to see just how far I can push my stats, so my tape measure is my motivation right now.

Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, THAT IS STRENGTH

having 350 hovered over your chest is inspiration enough for me to get the shit going. leg pressing 900 lbs and not wanting shit your pants is another inspiration of mine. OH!! and one more sitting in de squat rack with 315 lbs, dropping down below parallel and pushing the weight back up before you split your corn hole.

I've a picture of myself when I was 268lbs hanging at my desk. Just looking over at that is what drives me back to the gym twice a day.

My motivation is my progress, my discipline is my motivation.
My inspiration would have to be
AR
My workout partner
And most importantly, the daily rememberance of how depressed, run down, and worthless I felt before I found bodybuilding. It is the single greatest change in my life to this date

Read my sig....I know NO SOURCES!
Seriously, I'd have to say that going to the gym is like going to church it's a place where I dictate and I run! I expect the ultimate perfection and ultimate destruction of my physique to build up to be bigger/stronger! I struggle by being a hardgainer lean and long, I will not accept that that is all I can be and GD I'm going to what ever it takes to achieve a physique that is stop the trafic solid!
My ultimate critique will always say that I am never even close to where I need to be and I will never accept ordinary or "platue" in my lifestyle...
It's not just lifting or being in shape it's more than that...as my wife says an unhealthy obsession maybe, but it is MY GAME! and I want to be THE GAME..(Sorry HHH didn't mean to steal your lines)

2. My wife, her hands and other parts rubbing all of my body every night.
3. Mirror
4. Non-believes, proving them wrong and the great feeling of conquering their weak ass.
