I Need An Exorcist!!!!!! No Bullshit

Ok, my computer has gremlins or ghosts or demons or something inside it making it do carazy things. Im not playin either, somebody has to help me keep them in check.

ok: it all started when one day my monitor just wouldnt turn on. nothin but white fuzz at the top of the screen. I plugged in an older monitor and as it was booting up i got the error "signal error"...then some computer gibberish."

I have an older video card which seems to bail me out every time now. But for the past two weeks I have had to completely format my HD and reinstall windows xp. if I turn the resolution higher than 800X600 i get the same error. if i install anything else i get the same error. shit if i sneeze funny i get the error...well....you get the idea.

anybody know what the hell is wrong? i hate reinstalling windows every other day or so.

I think it's more of a conflict with your hardware and OS. Are you running windows XP? If so, you might want to get a new video card that's designated for Windows XP or try grabbing an older copy of Windows ME. A lot of times driver conflicts can cause minor fuck ups that lead to larger ones.
