AR November Elections
It's time to anticipate the candidates of the race for the next Moderator.
I can name two vets off the top of my head who are very deserving of the position. Let's be honest...there are several mods now that haven't posted in how long??? Let's get a fesh face in there...
Who else in favor???

George Bush Sr or Jr. needs to be nominated. You can tell that family uses juice.

Well... i'll chime in for some of my favorite members that have been around awhile... because they have method and logic to their routines and helpful advice to others are usualsuspect, saboudian, solidj55, RoNNyTHeBuLL, YungWun, xxxl83, Brad Fuel - thats a good solid list of people that everyone should look out for... not just gear-related questions but the forums that really give results (gear just maximizes results) - diet, workout questions, ect. They give good replies and discuss new training theories - like one I am learning to appreciate pain with - EDT!

Whew! I sure am glad to know that you guys are voting who becomes a mod now - because I was under the strange impression that I sovereignly appointed them (after consultation with our mods) ...................
Oh, wait a minute! I do still sovereignly appoint whomever I and our mods think is appropriate!
That said, there is one or two vets that we have had our eye on - and a several members that could make vets.
Part of the reason mods dont always post is because they are busy answering PMs and cleaning up trashy threads

USUAL is funny. Good way to start rumors. Now everyone will think that a voting forum for mods and vets takes place every November
Danielle has a good point. 25 mods and vets and only 5 (I know its more) post. I can count 15 who are active
Cycleon mentions they dont have time to always post due to PMs and cleaning up threads.
I know its not the way it is done but it does feel good to be able to voice our opinions on who we feel would be good mods and vets since it is we who actually PM and ask advice from them in private.
I dont think a new member would PM an inactive mod just because his name shows down below. A new member goes through the posts and gets a feel for who they trust.

You know what I meant guys. I would love it if we could get involved in a voting process like that. I just dont think it would go over well with Cycleon. At the most, we can voice our opinions and he will go from there.
I dont even wanna imagine all the boring shit Mods and Vets have to go through. Like Cyc said. All the lame posts and editing and deleting a few. Plus all the newbie and source PMs on a daily basis. Not just posting.

Any of these guys I have seen on this thread would be great. Big T, bdtr have both helped me out with things, not to mention the wisdom they dispense on a regular basis...... but how long would they be able to handle stupidity on a regular basis before snapping?

Thanks to all who gave their recommendation for me. Your considration is truly appreciated. We all share an enjoyment for helping others achieve a new level in their training, and our pursuit to reach our goals in the safest manner possible is quite honorable.
I know of several whom I would like to see achieve both VET, and MOD status. Those who have been forthright, pragmatic, and caring in their posting to others.
In any case, I feel it is time for some to make the transistion. So let the campaining begin
