Well thankfully I never need to come off...... But, I do believe its good to let the receptors cleanse themselves . Want those babies ready to absorb like a sponge

i ALWAYS go off for at atleast the amount of time i was on, longer if i can. i'm about to start next week, and i've been clean since jun 1

I always go off, longer than I stay on. Not that I don’t do it on purpose. Its just that most of the time it just takes me that long and then some to save up for my next cycle !

yes the more time off the better...but alot of us can't wait that long...time on = time off..i have to go with that one..it is the most realistic...

i'm with you guys.....i always get my cycles in parts. when i have the money, i get a piece of the cycle. i have almost everything now, so i should be starting soon
