since ive been on my diet, ive been drinking nothing but water, 1 gatoraid after i work out, and like 3 mini apple juice things a week and of course my protein shakes, but what do you all drink for flavor, or whatever :O this is driving me nuts.....

Hmmmmm I drink Milk (Protein shakes), and a glass of soda a day (Sometimes not even). Just like to endulge once in a while.
Crystal lite, diet coke and water. More water than anything else but I like a little flavor now and then.
Sometime seltzer water, add crystal light to water, water, ummmmmmm water, and oh yeah water.
skim milk, crystal light, sometimes a deit coke when ive been a good boy.
For flavor...vodka.Gotta let loose at least once a week.

There's other things besides water to drink???? Actually I'll have MAYBE 1 glass of unsweetened ice tea, or unsweetened Kool-Aid a day, also 2 cups of coffee every morning. Other than that I drink my 2-3 gallons of water a day.

1.5 gallons water, about a 1.2 gal of tea, and on the occasion fat free Organic milk. The brand it is tastes just like whole milk. It's sooo good. I need a glass right now.
