what do you all drink besides water???????
since ive been on my diet, ive been drinking nothing but water, 1 gatoraid after i work out, and like 3 mini apple juice things a week and of course my protein shakes, but what do you all drink for flavor, or whatever :O this is driving me nuts.....

Soda disolves rust and can disolve an entire steak in two days.
I drink a lot of juice. Cranberry usually
I havent drank an entire can of soda in years.

Hmmmmm I drink Milk (Protein shakes), and a glass of soda a day (Sometimes not even). Just like to endulge once in a while.

There's other things besides water to drink???? Actually I'll have MAYBE 1 glass of unsweetened ice tea, or unsweetened Kool-Aid a day, also 2 cups of coffee every morning. Other than that I drink my 2-3 gallons of water a day.

Water, at least 2 cups of coffee a day and red bull, I'll drink 2 or 3 red bull when I can afford it... I love being all speedy LOL!

1.5 gallons water, about a 1.2 gal of tea, and on the occasion fat free Organic milk. The brand it is tastes just like whole milk. It's sooo good. I need a glass right now.

Damn am I the only one that will drink beer.......water is great(1-1 1/2g per day) but sometimes I just got to drink a good cold beer and watch the flames burn on the grill just before some serious lbs. of bull go on.

really watered down gatorade (I make 3 bottles out of one!)
I allow myself a can of coke or spruce beer on workout days as a reward.
