Yeah I started to post it tommorrow on the 29th but went ahead anyway. Most everybody is one Sat. mornings and I thought that I would beat the time zones and post it early. Did think about all my other room mates that live here at AR with me!LOL

Last post on this, thank you everyone. I had a great day today. I had a nice 2 hour workout (weight training and then cardio) and bought all of my groceries for my new diet. I am ready to start getting cut down a little bit now. If hope every day turns out to be as good as today. :D
