    It's FRIDAY.........

    and I'm all jacked up and going to the gym..........opening day of gun season(deer for the ones who don't know) is tomorrow.......damn I jacked up today....to much caffine......if pbnyc can be sassy.......I can be jacked and ready to go......be back in a few, the gym is calling my name.

    Ok heres how my fridays going into saturday.. I woke up today at 10 ..got my food in me and started preping my ground for sod...got to the gym at 1:30.. GOTA HUGE PUMP on bi/tri workout.. got to work at 4pm and now I gotta sit here till 6am.. and then go home lay my sod down and after that go do Hams.. and then maybe get some rest....
