    Who will win the World Series?

    Yankees hadda close call during the first game...Marlins beat em by a point or two. Second game we smoke their a$$es. Tonights the last game I think..who you guys goin for and who ya thinks gonna win? By the way, i'm taking bets. I'm the bookeeper, but I get 5% of everyones winnings.

    My bet: Who gives a flying rat's a$$??

    But i am rooting for the fish - despite the fact that my prayers for a cubs/bosox series have been turned away...

    honestly though, did we really want the cubs and the sox - i'm thinking that if that series happened, and it came down to game 7...well, armageddon might just be around the corner...

    Hey...they are both American teams! As American as you can get in baseball nowadays anyway. Growing up in Texas I have always been a Rangers fan...I know sucks to be me...and I have watched Pudge play lots of great games. He's a pretty good guy overall, besides the best catcher ever. Texas should have hung to him, but good for Pudge. And also, living in Texas one generally roots against any of the 'NorthEastern' teams!!! I would imagine not too many Cowboys fans from NY, NJ, etc. Kind of what makes it all so much fun!

    What really sucks is that my Mom is Yanks fan...and they'll probly win...and I'll have to hear shit.
