    Unhappy losing strength from illness.....

    ive been sick since monday, ive had no real food for 3 days, no protein, no nothing... just broth pretty much.... how should i continue my training when i go back to the gym after being sick? i feel like ive lost strength..

    I just got over the flu....and Ive been back to the gym and Didnt lose anything....Actually think I got a little stronger.....Sometimes a good week off is just what the body needs....gave a little time for some small injuries to heal as well........

    the last workout i did was on monday and i did arms/chest and my chest feels so tight hurts to breath when i stretch it ;\
